1. Database Desk Risk Review (DDRR) Standard. This product includes a professional review of online environmental records, and current and historical records of the property. A professional opinion is provided along with an environmental risk rating of low, medium, or high-risk.

2. Database Desk Risk Review (DDRR) PLUS. This product includes the Database Desk Review Standard, plus a telephone interview with the property owner or representative, and completion of the owner/occupant portion of the ASTM Transaction Screen Questionnaire.

A DDRR Standard or Plus may be appropriate for real estate transactions involving:

• Vacant Land

• Undeveloped Land

• Residential Property

• Multi-Family Property

• Loan Refinancing

• Annual Environmental Compliance Reviews (required by some lenders, and properties with Environmental Use Restrictions (EURs) or Activity and Use Limitations (AULs).

Note, these two products do not include a physical visit to the property. Site visits are included with an ASTM Transaction Screen or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.
