  WHAT WE DO

ENSTRAT's professional and conscientious staff provides comprehensive environmental solutions for projects in all stages. It is rare for any transfer of multi-family residential, commercial or industrial property to take place without conducting a site assessment to determine if past operations and activities resulted in releases of hazardous substances or petroleum products to the environment. ENSTRAT has conducted thousands of such assessment for buyers and sellers at properties located throughout New England, and other states at our client’s request. In cases where contamination is discovered at levels warranting remediation, ENSTRAT can develop a cost-effective remedial solution. We use established contacts at local, state and federal governmental agencies to bring about the quickest and most desirable resolution to your due diligence or abatement requirements.
